Yes I like it
This place is supposed to help people in need but yet you receive none at all. Why have people go through the process just to not get help? You can call, leave messages. No one ever picks up. You barely get a reply. I’m on the waiting list position zero and still haven’t heard anything. People are in need of homes yet you guys are lollygagging as it’s OK. While you guys are going home sleeping soundlessly, no worries. Called and checked, the lady told me call back at the end of the month when the system is up. Huh???????
Great doing business with, the housing Caseworkers are experienced and very knowledgeable doing their jobs.
The lady at the receptionist desk is rude. You walk in, you can’t speak to anyone. You call and leave voice messages. No one EVER returns your call. Even emails go unanswered. I’m at my wits end. I have the hcv yet my kids and I have been sleeping in the car for 3 months! Literally waiting on someone to just process the inspection to move in. Called my worker; called the supervisor… no one returned a call yet
