I was a patient there for 20 months and I have to say that I saw a lot of things that should’ve been corrected.. like all the nurses and CNA’s sitting at the nursing station when room call lights were on.. another problem is they run out of patients medicine and it takes a couple of days to get the medicine.. they have 2 patient elevators and on freight elevator.. there has been times where there wasn’t any elevators working for hours… the food is not very good most of the time and the kitchen staff don’t pay attention to th... read more
My husband was there I got him back home he has declined lost 40 lbs when he got home he was so dehydrated he couldn't pee when he did pee was brown now he has UTI I wouldn't put an animal in there
My husband has been in this facility for many months and the care he is getting has improved tremendously! The caregivers have been pleasant, the meals have been much more enjoyable, and he is kept clean and problem areas tended to. He also has a roommate who keeps him involved in conversation and activities now.
Staff was pleasant
I want to thank all therapist helping me to deal with my health issues. The team work hard to make sure I receive the right exercise for my condition and help me continue to deal with my injuries. If I have to come back Sentara therapist would be the place for me. Thank you for kindness, empathy and love for your patient ❤️.
