Keisha Branch does an outstanding job
If this had a 0 that would be it. State needs to shut it down . Staff and residents are a couple. Poor cleaning unit manager and management are bad choices. They don’t take care the ppl like they should . State board need to visit
Unprofessional environment with numerous staff manning desks either on their personal cell phones or engaged in personal conversations! Some patients served food at undesirable temperature & uncooked food. Trying to reach the appropriate personnel to discuss patient concerns or complaints is a runaround and more complicated than it should be! There are numerous other issues and concerns, but in a nutshell, the place is a MESS and needs to be addressed! I wouldn't want any more of my loved ones placed there!
