Visiting my family
Seems like a good staff, they friendly and my Aunt tells me she's happy so I APPRECIATE THAT I'm sorry I didn't get names but I can say years I've been coming there i haven't encountered anyone that I felt bad about
My family member complained of maltreatment in this facility. I would never recommend them to my dog. They also took money from their account and did not provide an itemized receipt. Horrible business practices. Also, the elevator was broken the whole time I visited for 3 months.
The worst place you could ever have your family members stay. From the top management to the cleaning staff. They don’t care! Rude and combative. They refuse to give medication on time, or at all! Our family member was left in her own waste for hours every day. No proper care or attention to detail. The nursing staff as a whole is incompetent, with an attitude..
