Visited a Friend on 4/11/2026. The place has changed for the Good.. Saw many changes. .lobby CLEAN.. 2ND FLOOR CLEAN.
They don’t do complete background checks on the CNA’s. CPS level 2 charges state the individual is prohibited from working with children or VULNERABLE adults for 7 years. Do better, protect the vulnerable adults in your care. CPS screening should be mandatory, yet you obviously don’t. Virginia will issue the license, and leaves it to employers to screen for criminal AND CPS background.
All I can say is I read the reviews and got scared instantly but I told myself ain’t no way this place is that bad. When I tell u if u love your love ones do not send them there. Please! And if Medicare is responsible for sending people there I would advise them to do a walkthrough of this place before they just send someone’s love one there. I wouldn't give this place one star but to give it a review I had to.. I'm telling you right now from the bottom of my heart, if you love your people DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS PLACE!!! Anyone with any common sense wouldn't leave a good review on this rehabilitation center because you're telling a bold face lie!!! Soon as you pull into the parking lot you can smell this place.
