Facility was dirty, beginning with the foyer when you walked in. The floor was washed one time in there and zero times in the room I visited five days in a row. It was not even swept. Therefore dropped needle caps, IV hookups, and food were left on the floor. Although the call button worked, it was often left unanswered for an hour, and when it was answered, the need of the patient was not met for another hour. They are severely understaffed.
