Facility was dirty, beginning with the foyer when you walked in. The floor was washed one time in there and zero times in the room I visited five days in a row. It was not even swept. Therefore dropped needle caps, IV hookups, and food were left on the floor. Although the call button worked, it was often left unanswered for an hour, and when it was answered, the need of the patient was not met for another hour. They are severely understaffed. We should have listened to the reviews from other people and chosen another facility. This place supposed to be rehabilitation instead my family member got worse and had to return to the hospital several times for serious issues. Every time I visited my family would be looking nasty and dirty like they wasn't bathed in days. Dehydrated, hungry amongst other stuff. This place is the absolute worst. Everyone sits around doing absolutely nothing. My family member was being neglected, ended up getting sick, dehydrated as well as a lot of other SERIOUS issues. Wasn't getn bathe daily. Wasn't being fed properly. The place was always dirty and junkie There were NUMEROUS negative rumors about this place however we brought them there anyway. Worst mistake ever! So glad we moved them from there before they ended up on their deceased list!
This is such a wonderful place. The staff is very helpful and always willing to help. What a beautiful community to be a part of!
