Captain Shaw is nothing but professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. I have had the pleasure to work with him both professionally (I am a broker) and as a client as he just surveyed my new 42' Ocean. I can wholeheartedly recommend Captain Shaw for any survey needs, you would be lucky to have him!

I commend Capt Shaw on the level of service and professionalism with which he conducted my survey. From the speed with which he responded to questions, to the thoroughness of the survey and report, I was extremely pleased. In addition, I found the time Capt Shaw spent at the end of his work to review his findings helpful and educational. His office manager Joni did a great job scheduling and coordinating the events. terrible experience. had paul shaw survey a boat. after the survey i felt I did not want to buy the boat. pual shaw called me and convinced me the boat was good to go and the engine was in great shape. needless to say the boat has never run properly and there is rot through the boat that was not in the survey. very disappointed and my mechanic thinks the buyer must have paid him.
