Trying to get our Gibson heat pump fixed, the manufacturer doesn’t keep records older than 2010. They’ve sent the repair company multiple parts claiming they were for our unit when they weren’t. They sent a part that fit, but it was actually for an industrial unit so our electricity bill went from $100 May last year, to $500 May of this year. Now they’re sending a new part again claiming it’s the right one, who knows if it actually is.
This has got to be the best part store in Colorado. I called them for a part half an hour before closing but couldn't make it on time. The parts people were able to leave me the part so I could fix the furnace and pay them the next day... Saving my residents from a cold night.
