Todd is not even worth one star. Terrible, heartless, unprofessional Realtor. Please do not work with him or Julian. He is greedy and will ghost you without any explanation or communication. After months of making us wait to visit the property, we were the first to make an offer, and ready to sign when he accepted a cash offer last minute and informed us via e-mail. Didn't expect such low options on black Friday. Used to be in Nordstrom in San Francisco and Seattle and expected same variety of brands and goods, however Miami one is more like target or Marshall style which was right around corner
