Workmanship was great and we are very happy. However, It was suggested to us by them that we use Key Bank for free financing for 15 months. Also suggested we wrote a check or we would have to pay a 2% fee for using the card. That was never previously mentioned. I later found out that Key Bank no longer offers 0% on convenience checks and was charged a $250 fee. Otherwise for Nordstrom 5 stars.
We were immediately impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. They were knowledgeable, communicated efficiently, followed up in a timely manner, and got the job done well. We also appreciated their initiative to go above and beyond by cleaning as they worked! We would definitely refer others to use Nordstrom Heating.
Jason and his crew were wonderful to work with. I could not have asked for anything better from start to finish. The best thing about this process was that Jason is a home grown local and that he remains committed to his home town and it's residents. Jason and the guys installed a new heat pump, furnace and electronic air filter. It's all American Standard and we are extremely pleased with how the entire system works.
The Owner, Jason Woods, doesn't advertise..because he doesn't need to! Word of mouth is how he gets his business and after you've hired him you'll see why. After getting our three bids, we found that because Jason doesn't have much overhead, he had the best price! We hired them to install a new furnace and add an air conditioner as well. We couldn't have been more pleased. Clean jobsite, finished in two days. Recommended him to a co-worker and she is just as pleased.
