We have used The Nordstrom Group for our rental for 13 years and have found they do an outstanding job with getting new tenants and keeping those tenants happy. Our current representative is Kathy Morris and she has done an excellent job of keeping us informed about any issues that might occur. Kathy has always answered our calls and acted promptly when we needed a repair done, and it was done quickly. So far we have had a good relationship with Nordstrom and I sincerely hope we will not have to have the same bad experience as some renters when it comes to getting our deposit back. Since April, 2014, my daughter and I have been working with Kathy Morris of Nordstrom Group. Kathy has always answered our questions and when we needed a repair done, it was done quickly. We were not only new to Arizona but to the Tucson area and with Kathy's help we found a wonderful place to rent. We highly recommend Nordstrom Group and Kathy to help you find a great place to live.
We're on year two of our lease agreement with the Nordstom group. Gina Palmer has addressed any issues that have come up i.e. garage door and refrigerator going out in a timely manner. They also offer online payments which is super convenient.
This was our first experience renting and it has been great! Gina Palmer is always quick to respond to questions and to work with our landlord to promptly take care of any needs that have arisen. We're currently looking to buy and if we decide to rent out that property we will definitely use the Nordstrom Group to manage it!
We have known and worked with Nordstrom Group for over 10 years as a tenant and as a property owner. They have always provided great customer service. Our first experience was as a short term tenant where there were issues about the house that they very quickly resolved. Moving out of my rental home in Oro Valley just cost me about $1,750. I broke the lease and was told there would be a $300 lease break fee. My assumption was it was for marketing costs. Like they wouldn't have that at the END of my lease? Anyway there was a $300 fee PLUS a marketing fee of $150. The windows were professionally cleaned December 2012.. Cost me about $45 Nordstrom just had them cleaned AGAIN...knowing I had cleaned them 6 weeks earlier...there cost to me..$120! Carpet and tile cleaning $700. Are you kidding me?... read more
