BEST customer service and experience walking into this showroom. After visiting several other treadmill warehouses and being completely disappointed I decided to go to Nordic Track and it was so refreshing to walk into the showroom. The machine quality, the 10 year warranty, and the sales rep (David) who answered my questions and gave me helpful info but wasn’t at all pushy sealed the deal for me. I have purchased two eliptical trainers in the last decade and I would not buy any other brand . They are great quality and customer support is exceptional. The only problem I ever had was fixed on my first call a a replacement part arrived in WA within 36 hours . Order hasn’t despatched after close to 2 weeks. Everyone handballs to the next team. Have no order confirmation, no eta and no communication. Horrible customer service.
Wow, what a machine! After a heap of research, I decided to pull the trigger on the Nordic Track 2450. This thing has changed my life....no longer do I have the excuse of "its too cold out"....and once I paired it with iFit, it has taken my running and fitness to the next level. The hardest part now is getting time on it, as the entire family have setup profiles and use it all the time!!
