We have lived here over a 24 month lease at Nordica Village . Great Area very convenient and safe. Our family is expanding so having to move. The management Bryon Burks is extremely professional and a pleasure to work with, along with good maintenance crew.
I’ve been living here for several months now and I love it!
Renters beware: I applied for these apartments and was approved. As soon as I tried logging into my account, my login no longer worked. I’ve reached out over 5 times with no call back or response to any emails. I was definitely scammed out of an application fee and a hard inquiry on my credit.
I have been renting at Nordica Village for 2 years, & Nordica Flats for a year before here, & I just want to say that I've always loved my apartments & that's why I continue to rent from them. Management (Shantel & Sonni) do everything they can to help me out & make things better constantly, & that's why I continue to renew every year!
I have waited about a year to be able to move into an apt at Nordic Village. I must say it was well worth the wait. The apt that I moved into has so much charm, with modern upgrades. If you love historical homes as much as I do this is the place for you. The management, in particular Shantel and the maintenance man, Jake are absolutely wonderful to deal with.
