We were left without air conditioning in a top floor two bedroom apartment from July until we eventually chose to terminate our lease in November. The air conditioning unit was never repaired or replaced. The solution that was offered to us was a one time rent credit of $150, and a small portable ac unit that could only cool one of the bedrooms. I've been here for less than a month and the apartment we moved into was very unkempt and gross. My brother had an allergic reaction the first weekend of living here because it seems as if maintenance didn't clean the carpet before we moved in. It's supposed to be a smoke free environment and there's the smell of smoke and vinegar in my living room. I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. So far I'm very disappointed in this place. Hoping it gets better!
