Devin, Pazelee and their crew have been incredible throughout the worst situation. Our pipe broke and flooded our basement. Their knowledge of insurance procedures, and their ability to get stuff done have helped us immensely. I know that it would have been much more stressful without them! Highly recommend!!
I've had Nordic out to my place for three different house needs. First, they demo'd my bathroom, which they did with such care, there wasn't a spec of sheetroc dust left behind. Then, they insullated my attic which made SUCH A HUGE difference in heat retention in my home. Highly recommend! We called Nordic Properties to inspect our attic area for potential mold on a new construction home. Nordic had been active in our development with other neighbors experiencing similar concerns and kindly offered to provide an assessment. They were quick to schedule, super prompt on communication, and very thorough with their inspection. We felt really confident and comforted after they left!
Pazelee and her team are efficient and very personable. We had a water mark on our ceiling that we weren’t sure about and they came out to assess and gave us a ton of information to help us understand our next steps. Highly recommend them for any questions you might have with water damage or leaks.
