We heard about Nordic through word of mouth. They were punctual, communicative, and honest. My husband and I always assess whether contractors speak differently to me (a woman) than him and we were happy to note that we were both treated equally, never upsold, and never spoken down to. Though I hope we never have the need for water mitigation services again, if we do we will go with Nordic.
I've had Nordic out to my place for three different house needs. First, they demo'd my bathroom, which they did with such care, there wasn't a spec of sheetroc dust left behind. Then, they insullated my attic which made SUCH A HUGE difference in heat retention in my home. The Nordic team was great to work with! Their office staff was very responsive with their quotes and scheduling. When it came to doing the work, their crew was on time, friendly, and did great work. They removed our old garage insulation and installed new insulation. They cleaned up the space incredibly well after completing their work. They left our garage better than they found it. My wife and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Kitsap area!
Great experience . They came out in a timely fashion, communicated clearly on what issues they had seen on the project, had a report written and received in a day . Very happy with there services and over all experience.
