Nordic is horribly unresponsive and nearly impossible to deal with. Unfortunately they are the only authorized warranty repair shop for Lewmar south of west palm beach. I had a warranty issue and was referred to them by lewmar and after about a dozen unanswered calls and many voice messages left NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK!!! After many weeks of no ability to contact them (their policy is no walk-ins, by appointment only) i ended up contacting lewmar again, who sent me the parts needed and I was forced to perform the repair myse... read more
