Called and everything sounded great. Was told being a few miles outside their radius would only cost me a few dollars. Needed a few days to organize logistics and told them I'd call back. Called back to order the tub and then was told they won't warranty their tub if you are outside their 35 mile radius, even by a few miles. I had to go through a distributor. Business must be good with such rigid policies. Never talked to a manufacturer that tried so hard to not get your business. Given the experience, I'd stay away.
Thanks to customer service for helping me out with my service call.
Very helpful team! Saves a bunch going direct to the manufacturer
Tech support is very good. I reached a knowledgeable live person every time.
