New Bella tub, cant get the temp over 99. Dealer ghosted me, called the factory twice, left voice mails. No response. Disappointed.
I stopped by the factory store on the 23rd of December, right before Christmas to replace a broken part. Unfortunately, the office was closed for year end inventory... I popped my head in and was lucky enough to meet a helpful woman in the "Tech Support" office. She dropped what she was doing and said "let me see what I can do". 5 minutes later, I had the part in hand. Great customer service and many thanks!! Saved me a second trip and an hour of driving. Keep up the great work!
The dealer they have listed in my area (and at the only dealer at all) has not been responsive to phone messages regarding purchasing a Nordic hot tub. Sent an email to the Nordic Hot tub factory store and have not heard a word from them. Guess I will be looking a a different brand of hot tub to purchase as no on here seems to care.
Nordic was originally a great company and probably the best cheaper hot tub money could buy. The original owner Bill Gibson was tough on the employees but "stressed on quality" it was a pleasure working for the company for 15 years..... but then other (sales people took over) after his passing. Had my Nordic Retreat SE for 3 months. I generally like the tub but the topside control is garbage. It's a cheap liquid crystal display. One of the digits on mine is wonky and I've tried for 3 months to get it changed out. Nordic sent dealer the wrong one and here I sit. Even with that fixed, the display is too hard to see at night and too hard to operate. For a few $$ more they could have put a better display on it like an LED readout or something. For me, it's the weak spot on an otherwise nice tub.
