Purchased my Nordic Hot Tub 1 1/2 years ago and noticed a few months ago water leaking around the tub. I opened it up and found water leaking out of the rubber stopper on the Ozone unit. Apparently Nordic does not warranty the Ozone unit past a year....probably because they way they install it does not meet the manufactures specifications which clearly state the the check valve should be located above the water line. I have been working with Nordic for many years, and their customer service is exceptional compared to most hot tub dealers. Thank you, Tammy and Patrick, for the great service.
Seriously I have owned one for 26 years and am pissed off right now that every time I turn my hot tub off I have to go through such a ordeal to reset the ozonotor wtf. Not only is it hard to access under the hot tub but then hard to put cover back which should just slide open. Cringe for such a spectacular product. Maybe it's designed to pay the ridiculous service fee every time just to push one button which should be on top.
Nice place,very helpful! Lots of options, now just have to pick one.
