After my mother was released from the hospital, they made a change to her prescriptions for 30 days and needed to follow up with Dr. Ezra as he was her primary care physician. We scheduled an office visit, paid, and he wrote the wrong dosage on the prescription to the pharmacy (which the pharmacy caught). They called him several times over the next few weeks but did not get a response.
