Did do my taxes like they said they would. They cost obscenely more than a digital tax service like H&R Block, would have resulted in me paying significantly more in taxes had I actually submitted the forms they gave me, didn't have the option for me to submit electronically and would have had to print, sign, and mail documents, and only accepts cash, check, or money order for payment. Almost no questions were asked, and it was overall an incredibly inconvenient experience that I would certainly never waste money on again.

Nordberg Cash & Associates has screwed up my checks so many times and in so many ways I'll just give you a few examples: 1. Took the amount of the check out of my account instead of depositing 2. Neglecting to process my hours 3. Put me into the incorrect tax bracket, charging me an inflated income tax. 4. Neglecting to withhold enough taxes, resulting in substantial quarterly differences that need to be paid.
