He is an excellent dr. and surgeon.
I'm extremely happy with the outcome of my surgery (sx), wish I did it before those useless cortisone shots that last a very short time. Im not happy with the POOR communication between DR patient. I wasn't explained on how the sx was going to go, didn't get any communication with Dr. Nord after my sx, didn't get any proper discharge instructions and no follow up call to see how I was doing after sx. Intelligent, efficient Dr Nord explained my x'rays and health concerns in depth. He is more compassionate and helpful than most doctors.
He doesn’t listen to you and cuts you off. In the beginning you think things are going well but, the. Things go sour.
I have a knee injury. Dr. Nord was a compleate waste of time and money. I would not recommend him to anyone. It took longer for me to pull up my pant leg then he was in the room. I was still trying to ask basic questions as he was leaving the room... He made extra visits for things he could of told me the first visit. Very unprofessional...
He told me he would refill a needed non-opiod script at a follow up visit to treat a knee injury. Four phone calls & messages & five days later he still hasn't sent the prescription to the pharmacy. I dropped off FMLA paperwork three weeks ago to him and it still isn't complete despite being told it would take 5-10 business days. When explaining MRI results he said the report just sounds like a bunch of science without actually explaining the results. I regret having him as my specialist.
