Initially, service was excellent (test drive, communication). Prior to our transaction, I asked if there was "anything wrong with the vehicle that I should know about?" They printed off a CarFax report. Once the transaction was complete (me handing over a cashier's check), the agent said "oh, there's a problem" with the car. "You can just do this and it wouldn't cost much."My check engine light came on within 4 days and they told me to file a claim. The warranty company referred me back to NMS. It appears ****************** purchased a 2010 Altima which is a 12 year old vehicle on 04/12/22 . We do allow customers to take the vehicles to a mechanic of their choice before purchase. Our cars are sold as is with no warranty at Norcross Motorsports, LLC so the representative would refer ****************** to the **************** to file a claim but we are not sure what the out come is on claims through a 3rd party **************** that is between them and their customers. The salesman Bernard was a perfect gentleman and bent over backwards to accommodate all of our needs. Contrary to the other review, Mark, the owner, was a hard-nosed businessman, who refused to negotiate, but that's his business. The vehicle we bought was slightly overpriced, according to Blue Book and Carguru, but within reason. They allowed us to check out the vehicle with the nearby Toyota dealer, so we believe there is nothing seriously wrong with the car. PSA*** STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOT!!! The owner Mark is a slumlord car lot owner and a deceptive penny pinching, non-negotiable man who wants excellent condition prices for poor junk vehicles. Both him and Steve who is the the salesman and probably couldn't find a oil stick on a vehicle, should be in the photography industry because they DO take great pictures somehow of these vehicles.
