Terrible experience buying a truck here. Bought the truck and about a week out the battery is dead. Had to purchase a new one for about $200. Then a couple weeks later, the transmission dies. My transmission mechanic said the driveshaft was completely loose and could’ve caused even more damage. When they put the truck on the lift they found that one of the gas lines was severely damaged and leaking excessive amounts of gasoline so that cost me another $300 in labor. This was a one owner creampuff. After negotiations, I recieved a fair deal. They dont have any junk on the lot. I didnt even feel the need to test drive. We negotiated, and closed on the phone. After the purchase, Bernard had my car cleaned and detailed. He had the a/c charged, and put in a new battery. They even shampooed my mats. ( all without my asking) I am more than pleased. This is cars sales at a high level, and ive purchased too many to count!!!
I have rarely left a negative review for a business but this is without a doubt the shadiest car dealer I have ever interacted with. Not sure where to begin, but here goes: 1. Communication was terrible over the course of two days of trying to get updates on a car we were interested in. 2. We received a ridiculously low offer on a trade-in (received several thousand dollars more selling the car to CarMax). 3. The salespeople are friendly and helpful. Buying my car from them was easy and stress-free. I love my new Honda CR-V.
So far so good. I've been with the car over a month. About 1,000 miles drive and everything feels good. A couple of things, not big deal but, one I noticed when I bought it the second just noticed the other day. Sunroof close button does not work, I said that to the sales agent and he said mechanical will take a look, can I bring the car to get that done? The second, which I recently noticed, third stop light does not work. When I check the light I thought it didn't have.
