We commit to you that any existing client reaching out to us with an emergency or needing an immediate euthanasia will be seen immediately.
We have been to several vets throughout one of my dogs treatment for cancerous tumors and we were very fortunate to meet Dr. Cho Cha at Norco Animal Hospital. She is very compassionate, considerate, patient, and kind. The level of customer service from the staff and office hours is excellent. Dr. Cha saw my pit Athena in the final months of her life and my doggie was able to live 4 more months with some of the medication Dr. Cha gave her but unfortunately we had to put her to rest yesterday morning. I love that they're open 7 days a week, and they're very nice caring people.
I have been taking our family pets here for over 20 years and this is the first time I have been disappointed. Rude front office person. Coming from South Corona I doubt I will endure the 15 fwy for that kind of service again.
