I used to sing this hospital’s praises. Recommended it to anyone local looking for a vet but I’m not sure what’s happened since they were bought out. This last Friday (8/12/22) I found one of our dogs had passed away during a nap. I had no idea where to start to find a cremation service. RecommendedKind and loving from the beginning to the end. Such genuine compassion shown for us and our sweet cat who did not return home with us. But we left knowing she would not be alone…she was loved by us up until the end and they carried that love for us until her last breath.

Thank you for taking care of our baby when our regular vet was closed. I think you won a new customer. We will be transferring our care of both of our dogs over to you. Great service, everything explained thoroughly. You took care of our baby with the upmost of care.
While we had to visit the vet in an unconventional way due to the COVID-19 outbreak. We very much enjoyed the alternative of sitting comfortably in our own car with no unnecessary exposure to anyone while our Kona was being well cared for by the vet and techs. You may want to offer the “drive up” appointment service even after this pandemic. Great staff! Great experience! Thanks for all the love Norco animal Hospital❤️
