WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The owner Paul Connell of Norcal Rodent took my money for a job that he refused to finish. I contacted repeatedly by text and phone requesting he finish the job. He became verbally aggressive, cussing, and threatened my family and me with physical harm. I had to find another company to finish the job. Paul and his crew with Norcal Rodent Proofing did a thorough job of cleaning out our crawl space ( very dirty with lots of insulation pulled down), placing plastic under the house and repairing holes in under house ducts caused by rodent damage. He likes doing a good job and imparts his expectations to his workers - he notices small openings and does a lot of the patchwork himself.
