Went to turlock location and listened staff making fun of me when they thought they were out of earshot, then the doctor was confusing and not very helpful. I tried to switch to the modesto office and was told they dont do procedures there. Guess I wont be getting treated and will continue unable to sleep and live if I cant with the pain.

I have had nothing but a very good experience. I have read several of the reviews and I haven't experienced any of the complaints. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The Doctor has listened to me every time we have spoken. What has really impressed me the most is that patience who come to clinics like Norcal are usually in severe pain. It's fair, I've been going here since 2019-2020. I'm not exactly sure anymore. I honestly feel unheard, that my concerns aren't given proper consideration. I've been told the RA pain I deal with can't be treated. That confuses me, isn't this a pain management facility? Why can't my pain be treated in a better way so thatI'm not stuck crying and limping through half of my day, every single day.
