Richard and his crew were so professional! Explained all process start to finish. Covered floors, vacuumed entire area, picked up and hauled away all trash including old units. Honestly you never even knew they were here when done. Kim in Office was Amazing checking in going over all charges and explained all payment and warranty processes. We would highly recommend them to all. Thank you NorCal Mechanical for making this a great experience!

Norcal Mechanical Heating and Cooling provided exceptional service that went above and beyond our expectations. After being told by another company that our AC unit needed a complete replacement, we sought a second opinion from Norcal. The owner, Brad, personally came out on a Saturday during peak summer heat (over 100°F) to assess our system and attic.
