Horrible rip off at this service department, stay away! They will multiply their quote by 4x and not deliver the work or parts! They tried to charge us $758 for a ten minute road service call, two minutes drive away from their mh location. Tried to pay them their quoted one hour rate of $180 and they jacked up a bill for $758. When I asked to speak to a service manager, Samuel said they went shopping to Gilroy, for a part but could not find any correct parts.
