Wish I could give zero stars! This place is a joke for employees so it really must be bad for their clients!
This company is awful. I have never been able to get a hold of anyone whenever I tried in the past 9 months or so...I need important information for paperwork I need to submit to the county and I get no call backs even after leaving numerous messages weeks after weeks. Horrible customer service and a horrible company. Would not recommend Norcal Individual care to my worst enemy!
