Complete horrible experience. When you call, it will be 1/2 hour to an hour wait to talk to anyone. My doctor already got insurance pre approval and yet they refused to make appointment and said they will contact insurance before making appointment. A month later, I had to call again to find out the status. Turned out the insurance gave them paper work but they didn't like the document but just sit in it until I called.
