My doctor's office had told me to just go without making an appointment. I arrived around 11AM and signed in. It took over an hour before I was attended to and I had to approach them to get their attention, after which they finally gave me the standard disclosure forms to fill out. I thought that they should have given me the forms upon check in to make use of the waiting time. There were not too many patients though and other non appointment patients came and went fast. The overall experience was very good. The sonographer and doctor on site were wonderful. I wish I could recall the sonographer's name; I've seen her before, and she has a brisk and reassuring way about her. My appointment was late in the day on a Friday, but the procedures did not feel rushed in any way, even though I know they went past closing time. I had abdominal, pelvic, and transvaginal ultrasounds, throughout which this lady kept me as comfortable as possible and explained anything I wanted to know.

Overall I thought it was good. Sure waited about 45 min but what can you really do. There is a ton of paperwork but now days that's common as far as the staff my x Ray tech was very nice 5 s to him thank you. Maybe streamline a little
We came at a good time, when it wasn't busy, but as we registered for services, the crowd came in, and the staff were very nice, and the techs we awesome.
Their staff professional and place clean. The machine is the only one that can do a person who weighs up to 600 pounds or 14 inches lying down do that was very helpful.
I have been there twice for MRI. They are very nice polite and friendly. they know their business and work well.
