I called to reschedule my appointment and was given choices of dates, I was offered to go in the same day and they really took care of me, in and out in time for my next appointment. Barbara was awesome, really made you feel welcome, Thank you!
Went in for a scheduled MRI. Staff was average at front desk. Techs were nice. Was called in maybe 20 after my appointment, only to wait outside the dressing room another 15 or 20 minutes. Hearing that annoying loud sound while I waited for previous patient to finish brought my anxiety to a higher level .. let us just wait till you’re actually ready next time
Just finished MRI and a Kidney ultrasound. During the long process I experienced great and friendly service from all the staff from start to finish.
Easy scheduling, friendly staff and was in and out in less than an hour with MRI & X-ray. They were top notch in my book. I would guess early morning appointment was the key also!
They are very professional and my visit was fast and painless. I would definitely recommend them for all imaging.
