I’ve never had issues in the past, but 1/9/19 was a bad day to have an appointment. Not sure if short staffed or complications with patient that put them behind schedule. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment to be seen. I arrived 30 min before my appointment as they asked to do paperwork. So my wait time was actually 1.5 hours.
