the lady who did my mamograph exam said she wasn't feeling Good and I feel like she didn't do a Good job. For being my first time at Norcal Imaging I did not have a pleasant experience.

After a very frightening episode at the regular MRI I was fortunate enough to find that San Leandro has an open Imager! It was a piece of cake
You have a very disgruntled employee in mammography on your hands. I am 57 yrs old and I have NEVER been treated with such disrespect. First, I had an apptmt at 12:45.I was seen at 1:20. 35 mins late. This tech blamed me, blamed her place of work, blamed the front desk, blamed my doctor for "ordering so many pics." Ouch! All of the people I dealt with from the time I walked in until I walked out were friendly, courteous and professional.
Friendly professional and they make me feel comfortable even though I have a lot of anxiey when I do any form of testing. They are patient with me I appreciate that. I went in for a renal scan and she was excellent and the young woman at the front desk friendly patient 👏🏼
