Very prompt and efficient doing my bone density scanning. This is the first time I had this procedure done but the person who handles it were very courteous and professional.
I was disappointed. Having to wait 2 hours. How about giving appointments.
This is my 2nd time having an ultrasound and the worse experience ever. If you’re working with the Public your Customers Service skill sets must be top notch. It’s part of your job. The ladies at the front desk could teach Shirley the tech who performed my ultrasound how to treat patients. Shirley was rude, indignant, and had the worse bed side manner I ever encountered. After my visit I Informed the lady at the front desk I never want Shirley to perform my ultrasound again in LIFE!!!!
RecommendedI like that the staff are really nice, helpful and pleasant and I was just a walk-in and I wasn't there an hour not even an hour I got in and out real fast for my x-rays I recommend that to everyone thank you and have a blessed day
I like how you guys did your job it was very good and you guys was on top of it.....
very professional atmosphere the waiting room was a little crowded with not enough seats but the staff was totally awesome totally awesome. and the staff was everything great people working there
