Great experience with Nor Cal Imaging. Friendly staff, service on time and very considerate.
The place is old and smells old! The seats look like patients peed on them! Carpets are old and smell! The receptionist was not to friendly! The MRI machine looks like patients been chipping at it on the inside! The machine stopped working! The technician left me in the tube for about five minutes, until I asked to be removed from the tube, until he got it to work! The power went off for about two to three minutes! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and does it have hat they can to help patients
It took an hour for registration and x-rays on my knee. I thought that was a very acceptable amount of time. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Chris
I always come here every time for my needs,lots of people waiting but the service is fast and nice staffs .
Very friendly and they get you in and out.
The receptionist was lovely and efficient. I was in and out of the X-ray with a very good technician in 15 minutes. It was a pleasure all around.
Well the people there are extremely nice and that in every department. They were helpful before I could ask question they had the answer. I will ask to go there from this day forward.
