I have to really thank Paula and Bethany for allowing me to get my certification! All classes were booked and because other individuals were needing instruction an additional class time was offered. The class ran smoothly and instruction given by Paula was exceptional. I would refer Norcal Emergency Medical Training anytime to those who want a CPR certification!
