I hate to give this place a low review, since the other times I was there, the cashiers at the front were super friendly and full of smiles. However, unfortunately, I can't say the same for the woman in the pharmacy who wore glasses. Recently, I had to to get a prescription. It was the first time I needed to use the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and she was very rude. Maybe it’s partly my fault. I walked to the pharmacy today from another appointment and I ended up showing up just as they opened. It wasn’t intentional. I've worked storefront in a store, so I know it can be stressful when just opening and already having a customer, but I'm also very easy-going about waiting because of that. I have never experienced such rude people behind a pharmacy counter before. Talking down, scolding and making me feel bad for even going. Will never return here. Incredibly unprofessional.
Fantastic experience at pharmacy today. Back from traveling and caught a virus scripting pharmacist took her time to discuss my options explain how to manage symptoms and get on top of cold before it ends up viral. Thank you for your amazing friendly and helpful staff. Blown away by the service received and advise given that is not common to many pharmacies. Looking forward to transferring all my families pharmacy needs to this pharmacy. Very personalized and helpful.
