Dr Gonzalez is a good doctor and I trust him. However his office staff has changed for the worse unfortunately. Still waiting for referral to be sent to insurance company a week after visit. This is unacceptable. Don't want to change to another doctor but might not have a choice.
He is a good doctor, but the staff is very lousy, difficult to get through on the phone, they seldom return phone calls, and when they do, is at the end of the day when nothing can be discussed because they are out of the door. Very poor!!!!!
