For me, he is the best Doctor I ever have, he lisent to you, explein everything well. I benn with him many years and he been the same, very sweet.
Doctor Norberto Gonzalez is the type doctor that listens and acknowledges your health concerns. Regarding the staff, although our experience is good, my advise is to report the doctor about any inconvenience Although, we moved from Kissimmee to FortMyers, unable to obtain an appointment with a Geriatric Primary Physician (the closest appointment with a PCP that seems to match Dr Gonzalez credentials was June 24th) we were pleased to drive 3 hours to be attended by Dr Gonzalez
I will never recommend him to anyone. His staff is the worst, non responsive, ring no answers at the front desk and they do not answer the referral line for other Dr's offices and medical facilities THEN the office manager states they never got a call but luckily the other medical facility records all their phones calls and sure enough there was a call and vm left. HORRIBLE staff. The doctor is prett y good but you have to deal with his unprofessional staff and their lack of professionalism.
I will not recommend him to anyone
The last time i visit the office I could not be attended because the new regulations and politics a patient need to give for the record a credit card and I do not have a credit card..was my last visit and I need now to find an Internist Doctor...What a shame for a good Doctor... Money first and health second !!

Dr. Gonzalez is a excellent doctor, very professional and explains everything in simple way for you could understand. He will do anything to find out what is wrong with your health.
Great office! Walked in and was treated with respect. Stephanie in the front was very sweet and dr Gonzalez is a great doctor as well. I'm recommend this office to all those in need.
This doctor and office is very patient friendly and down to earth. I like the atmosphere of this doctors office. Always greeted with a smile. This doctor is a great doctor that listens and acknowledges your health concerns. Also the office supervisor is a friendly and beautiful lady.
