Horrible experience dealing with billing as well as reception when calling in. Despite having insurance and using it recently, the billing department could not verify insurance and stated it was inactive, despite going to my PCP at UofM the day before and getting labs and paying a copay. When trying to rectify the billing issue with Nora, I was given a number to call and speak with a person. However it seems the reception is either outsourced or done by a third party.
