Matthew Shay is the best! I’ve been attending sessions with him for several months now. He is has been so helpful and provides a very peaceful environment. There is a noticeable shift in my mental health and overall life outlook since attending and I am thankful!
I started with Matthew Shay over a year ago when I was so depressed and had no where to turn. He has helped me completely flip my life around and now doing so much better. Finding a good therapist that you ‘click’ with takes some time. I researched several places and counselors before I found Nora in Niles. Matt Shay has been incredibly helpful for me. Really grateful for him and his wisdom, helping me navigate life stuff!
This whole place seems completely unprofessional. I didn't speak with anyone except through a couple texts before the first appointment. They were supposed to email me paperwork to fill out before the first appointment and didn't. For the payment for the first appointment I had been sent an invoice and paid it myself, but once they had my debit card information they automatically charged for subsequent appointments even though there was no agreement that they could that. When in doubt, check it out! This place is very good. It’s nice having someone to talk with about any issues you have going on in your life. Autumn is fantastic. Highly recommend coming here if you need to talk with someone!
