I've been seeing Nora for over 2 years. She really listens to everything that you say. We discuss everything. She doesn't like to just add pills like my 2 previous psychiatrists did, they had me up to 14 different medications and one of my psychiatrist was raided by the DEA That's another reason why I like Nora's style. She will suggest alternative behaviors for me to try to cope. If I am in distress even after the behavioral suggestions, then we talk about medical moderations.
