Very unprofessional, cancel at last minute and the aids don’t even let the costumers know when they won’t show up they just let you waiting. I had 3 aids coming and they never did . Terrible customer service as well ,at get yell at by one the staff because I was frustrated that they made me wait for the third time. Every body ask they not have enough Adie they not paid the adie from November 2020. And some of the adie have directed deposit . then the bank retrieve the money from them . They not honest with they worker you think they will be honest with they patient's.
