Amazing experience and quality of living! Welcome to pet friendly concrete luxury. Have yet to hear my neighbors to the sides above or below. Super Quiet and Clean Secure. Very classy and some really cool amenities. Dog grooming parlor, pool, one of most well equipped 24/7 fitness centers on property, office, printing, 24/7 market on premises as well as trash pickup 5 days a week. It really has beyond everything you need. Take a tour and Ask for Victor!
I have been a resident over 5 years and there is a reason why I'm still a resident. The Staff is great. The events they hold. The building itself.
Nice apartment complex, very well located. They usually offer great promotions with affordable prices starting at 1500. The amenities are awesome and well maintained, gym, pool, grill. One extra is that the entire building is climatized. Highly recommended for young people
I've lived here for 3 years now. I love my apartment complex. The leasing staff are amazing especially Victor. The maintenance staff is great. I love that they leasing staff gives updates on building maintenance, complex community events and reminders. They have great social monthly events & visiting food trucks weekly. The building is clean, well made and they upkeep it well. Its also in the best location of Mills, Colonial, Lake Ivanhoe and Edgewater/College Park restaurants and shops.
