I came in for my scheduled cleaning and examination. As always, the experience was exceptional!! Amanda performed a very thorough cleaning and while doing so offered helpful suggestions, such as tying a knot in the floss for better contact in a problem area. I met Dr. Held for the first time and was impressed with his knowledge and communication skills.
