I’ve been here for over half a year. The maintenance team here is Phenomenon and always do a great job. The complex itself over the last six months or so has declined. Parking used to be free but now they charge $50 for it which is more expensive than buildings near us. Also a pre-existing residence who didn’t have to pay parking they now making pay parking one day renew instead of grandfathering them in or something talk about profit over a residents. I’ve been a resident for multiple years now at Nora and this will for sure be my last (They seem like the type of apartments to retaliate if you leave a bad review so I’m going to keep myself private). Throughout my years at Nora they have made many aesthetic changes to their apartments but no actual improvements to the units.
