My wife and I decided to renew our lease to continue living in this wonderful place... Just one piece of advice, have more control over the people who enter the condominium through Airbnb or as visitors. There is intolerable behavior, and even more so since this is a family condominium with children. I have seen drunk and drugged people dancing and causing a scene late at night, both in the pool area and in the playground.
