Very responsive and attentive to our issue. It was an emergency call, and the problem was solved efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Our issue created security concerns, and NorCal Overhead took care of us. Suggestions by their technician to preserve the functionality of our garage door was also valuable, as we had other existing issues that created potential problems. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door services.

The spring on our garage door broke the day before Thanksgiving, of course with our cars inside the garage. the same day, they rearranged their schedule and made it to our house that morning. 30 minutes later, we had a working door. To Stephanie in the office, to the after hours emergency line guy, to the tech that came out, fabulous job! All around excellent service. If you have a garage door problem, this is the company to call!
Super fast response time, very friendly service people, and reasonably priced. Very impressed, and so thankful to have a working garage door again! Definitely give them a call if you need a repair, and I assume they are just as amazing when installing a brand new unit!
