although quick and kind service, for the hefty fee we felt frustrated because we still had to reassemble our bed as they didn’t re-assemble it properly

They wrapped fragile items carefully, loaded the truck quickly, and ensured everything was set up exactly as we wanted in our new place. On packaging day, NOR-CAL folks were very hard working, perfectly careful and made sure everything was going according to plan!
