Matthew Vukovic was exceptionally helpful and responsive. Matthew and the rest of the California team helped make my international move easier to coordinate and less stressful. They were always happy to help with questions about the process and paperwork, making me feel very confident. When I had some difficulties with the European partner, they immediately responded and made my delivery happen on time. I highly recommend them. Make sure to keep them copied when communicating with the European partners.
I have worked with NorCal over many, many moves and they are always a pleasure to work with. Their teams are professional and have exceptional knowledge in their field. They are meticulous with every moving project and give great attention to the needs of their clients. Thanks NorCal for always being outstanding!
They didn't bother to show up for the appointment quote. Made the appointment in February. No call to reschedule, no name who would be giving the quote, the explanation when I called to ask what happened. Our system didn't assign it to anyone. I can not endorse or recommend. I can't believe they are in business with a reservation system that fails this badly. I can't explain how they have such good ratings on Google but on Yelp their ratings are beyond terrible???
From the planning, the packing, and the move itself I encountered the best people. Even the auto transport was seamless with Nor-Cal. A special shout out to Paul, Rodolfo and Gilbert.
No showed to our scheduled appointment - never called and I could not get ahold of them either.
