This company is complete garbage. My city signed up residents without our knowledge.. now they are terminating our contract and we are responsible for 4 months worth of electricity that they haven’t even provided. This company does not save you money. I received a bill for three times the amount and I wasn’t even home for the entire month that I am being billed for.
I was lead to believe that nopec saves you money. My city signed up residents without our knowledge.. Rather then saving money My bill was four times higher So I called and opt out. What a rip off nopec.
TOTAL RIPOFF. RAISED PRICE WITHOUT NOTIFYING CUSTOMER AND ACTUAL PRICE DID NOT GO UP. THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY
