Fraudulant Company falsely mid-led consumers including me that, 1) rates are going to increase dramatically (yes, theirs!), 2) that they have locked in a much lower rate (a lie). Fast forward to 2-15-25 I noticed that I had a $50 charge that was above my normal monthly billing amount from the Illuminating Company. I also notice that my electric bill has been increasing for months so decided to look at my billing details which are not more obscure on their website. Had to give one star since 0 is not optional. I need to get a lawyer this should not be legal to automatically enroll someone who has no knowledge of opting out. plus, over hour wait times and no way to contact the company. H O R R I B L E
It’s so much to be unpacked here regarding this company or lack there of! Firstly, these telephone hold times are insane! I am literally typing this review , as I wait on hold for what has been one hour and thirty one minutes ! The estimated hold time was allegedly no longer than an hour! Over price
Absolute trash company
they automatically declared themselves as my gas supplier without my signature or voice approval and the rate is double what i was paying before!! When I called them and confronted them, they had the worst customer service, and declined a refund
RIP OFF ARTEST. Should be jailed, they have NO RIGHT to put anyone on the plan unless ASKED to do so, this:" unless you Opted out" is nothing but Criminal
