I had an appointment for 10am, that someone scheduled for me. the office says they open at 9am. No one was there and no one picked up the phone. I waiting in the cold and just couldn’t take it anymore. I saw the ratings but because someone recommended them I gave it a chance. Don’t disregard the ratings. Very unprofessional.

La atención de recepción súper buena, mi malestar recae en que hace un par de meses aproximadamente, tenía una cita en la mañana. Llegué con 30 minutos de anticipación (pensando que me podían atender un poco antes de lo esperado), pero fue todo lo contrario. Me atendieron como 20-30 minutos luego de lo acordado. Lo peor, pensaba que tras haber esperado en total 1 hora, al menos iba a tener una buena cita…todo lo contrario, la doctora me atendió en 5 minutos.
