Just awful. Visited for an annual physical. no labs, no health questions, no discussion, no observations or opinions offered, and despite major changes since my last visit to her 4+ years ago. Already looking for a new PCP and filing a grievance with my insurance company.
I have been working in healthcare for 14 years now; in all clinical areas ORs, EDs Med-Surge Units etc... Working closely with providers' I have gained dramatic insights about patient care, and best practices. Dr. Kassamali has the human touch; her bedside manner, and abilities to speak directly to both my worries and concerns have been a great comfort to our family. I see that she genuinely cares, and is meticulous in approaching any illness I have. The practice manager is well organized and
I have seen many Drs. for multiply medical reasons and she is by far the WORST Dr. I've ever dealt with.To make a long story short,there are not enough characters in this section to even explain how rude,disrespectful,inconsiderate and more that she truly is.It's her way or no way and if you need more than 15 minutes during your appt. than you better make 2 appts. back to back because that's how they charge you (15 min. increments),no jk.I wouldn't even give 1 star but I have to leave something
