DON'T DO IT!!! Biggest a-hole I've ever met. Absolutely refuses to help out in any way, and only ever answers or responds to calls when he needs to complain about something the tenant is doing wrong. He has absolutely no social skills whatsoever, and should not be trusted to rent from. Seriously, live somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake we did. You WILL regret it. Look at all the other comments, and ask yourself if the house/apartment is really worth it.

Scam Artist. LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS Scott Noonkester is extremely rude and unprofessional the moment he gets you to sign his contract. We moved in to find our apartment completely trashed. There was literally vomit in a drawer, dirt all over the floor, visible mold in the shower, water literally dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom, and it went on from there. Terrible service I read many of the reviews on the web about Noonkester but decided to give it a try since they were all mush older. He hasn't changed. The property that we moved into was filthy. Not just a bit of dirt here or there or cobwebs in the corners, I mean filthy. There was food splatter in the walls, the baseboards has dust crusted onto them, all of the bathtubs had soap scum on them, the oven had cleaner left in it, the windows were dirty, etc etc etc. Then there's the maintenance. Nothing has changed. Once a slumlord.... Just to keep reviews current-Scott Noonkester has not learned from his past mistakes. He still provides subpar housing and does not respond to complaints or concerns. Broken appliances, moldy bathrooms, urine soaked flooring, mold filled basement. Complaints registered w authorities received with familiarity with Scott and his crappy housing. Stay away.
Scum Landlord Noonkester Scoot Noonkester hurried us through the initial tour, we only liked the place because of the size. We move in, it's dirty as hell, mice crawling out of holes in the walls and he wouldn't help fix the problem regardless of how many times we asked. Worst Real Estate Comapny in Blacksburg Noonkester Real Estate is by far the worst company to rent from in Blacksburg. It is absolutely miserable whenever you have any kind of contact with Scott Noonkester. He treats you with no respect and talks to you like you're a child. Just do yourself a favor and find another agency to rent from. Trust Me!
If I could give 0 stars I would Do not involve yourself with Noonkester Realty!! Not only do they try and rip you off whenever they can, but Scott himself might be the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Stay away!
